PassTheCPANow.com provides CPA exam preparation materials, including:
- 890 practice questions across FAR, REG, and AUD sections
- Deep-dive explanations using the MCV Method
- Digital textbook content (60 chapters)
- Study sheets and cheat sheets
- Progress tracking features
Our materials are supplemental study aids and do not guarantee passing the CPA exam.
3. User Accounts
Account Creation
To access premium features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Account Restrictions
You may not:
- Share your account with others
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
- Use automated systems to access the Service
4. Payment and Access
Pricing
The Service is offered as a one-time purchase of $79 for lifetime access to all three sections (FAR, REG, AUD). Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect existing purchases.
Lifetime Access
"Lifetime access" means access for as long as the Service remains operational. We intend to maintain the Service indefinitely but reserve the right to discontinue it with reasonable notice to users.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
5. Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content on PassTheCPANow.com, including questions, explanations, textbook content, the MCV Method, and design elements, is owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Permitted Use
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your own CPA exam preparation.
Prohibited Use
You may NOT:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content
- Share, resell, or sublicense access to the materials
- Create derivative works based on our content
- Use our content for any commercial purpose
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to provide high-quality, accurate CPA exam preparation materials, we cannot guarantee that you will pass the CPA exam. Success depends on many factors including your individual effort, prior knowledge, and test-taking abilities.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure our content is accurate and up-to-date with current CPA exam standards. However, accounting standards and tax laws change frequently. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
